I asked Vince Bianco, Executive VP of Sales and Marketing at Meracord to share how our Values and Mission at Meracord affect our Sales Program. Vince is an expert in Sales with many years of success. SELLING THE MERACORD WAY

People ask me from time-to-time how we grow our business at Meracord. In other words, what approach do we take and what’s our philosophy and process to attracting new customers and partners. We of course do what one would expect; lead generation through both marketing and inside sales, branding through advertising and all sorts of social media, along with a fair amount of direct marketing. However, even though I’m proud of the quality of our marketing and sales efforts, those are not the most important things that contribute to our growth. No, the most important thing is putting our clients and partners first and truly trying to serve them and solve their problems.

Today I have to brag ---- Meracord released Meracord Payments last week!

Our biggest payment innovation ever! It’s only the first release, in a series of releases this big over the next 12 months! This is a payment solution that everyone who needs an option for their customers to make multiple payments over time is going to want.

          Payments that are payer authorized,
                    Personal Identification authenticated,
                              Provide a record for both parties, and
                                        Promise to be secure, safe and accurate

But I’m not bragging about Meracord Payments. I’m bragging about the inventors, engineers and authors of this product; Jake, Steve, Karen, Vince, John, Rachael, Everett, Danielle, Erin, Dori, Bard and so many others. I’m concerned I’m missing someone.

You did it! And I’m going to brag about it.

Oh, and I believe Harvey had a lot to do with it also :)

What is it to "walk the talk"? When do you know if you are really committed to your ethics and values? Is it when the words are first developed?

          No.

Is it when your company is growing, the sun is shining and you boast through the values written on the wall?

          Absolutely Not!

We know in the depths of our souls that we "walk our talk" as we lead up to the decision that is required to truly live our values, knowing it will mean hard stuff, and we do it!

I am encouraged.

As the CEO of Meracord, a company that has processed payments for over 140,000 consumers in the past year alone, I periodically receive requests for CEO surveys asking me how I think things are going. Do I think the economy is improving? Will I be hiring employees? Do I plan to spend money? Those type of questions. Sometimes I respond, but not often.

A couple of weeks ago I learned of National Consumer Protection Week and was asked by our marketing team to blog about Meracord’s commitment to Consumer Protection.
